By accessing or using the Nestive Rentals website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nestive Rentals Private Limited.
Nestive Rentals provides serviced apartments and managed rental apartments in Bangalore. Our services include fully furnished accommodations, housekeeping, maintenance, community events, and related amenities as described on our website and in individual property listings.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Nestive Rentals. A security deposit equivalent to 2 months' rent is required at the time of move-in. Monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month and must be paid via the approved payment methods. Late payments may attract a penalty of 1% per day of delay.
The minimum lock-in period is 3 months from the date of move-in. Early termination within the lock-in period will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. After the lock-in period, a written notice of 30 days is required before vacating the premises.
Residents must adhere to the house rules provided at the time of move-in. These include but are not limited to quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM), guest policies, common area usage guidelines, and maintenance of cleanliness in private and shared spaces. Violation of house rules may result in warnings or termination of the agreement.
The security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of vacating the premises, after deducting any outstanding dues, damages to property beyond normal wear and tear, and any applicable early termination charges. The refund will be processed to the original payment method or bank account provided by the resident.
Nestive Rentals shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings of residents. We recommend residents secure appropriate personal insurance. Our liability in any event shall not exceed the total rent paid for the current month.
Nestive Rentals reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and on our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
