How do I arrange a visit?
Choose a listing, select “Request a visit” and share your preferred date. The website prepares a WhatsApp enquiry for you to send. A visit is only confirmed when the Nestive team replies with the appointment details.
What are the deposit and minimum stay?
The reviewed listings show a security deposit of two months’ rent, a three-month lock-in and one month’s notice. These are reference terms, not a personalised offer. Confirm the current deposit, refund conditions, notice and early-exit terms in your agreement.
Can I move in immediately?
Move-in depends on the exact unit being available, your documentation, payment and agreement. Tell us the date you need; the team will confirm what is possible. This preview does not show real-time inventory.
